Thrift Shop

For my digital class this semester we had to choose a song that we would illustrate and I chose Macklemore's song Thrift Song. I had only ever heard the version on the radio so when I went to look it up on the internet my ears were a little blown off (Maybe I should illustrate that...). Anyways Here is the image.

BOOK OF MORMON ZINE

Dear Friends and Foes(If that is what you would classify yourself as...) 

I would like to announce my piece in the Book Of Mormon Zine!

What is a zine you say?

It is a bunch of awesome artists getting together and doing some art that is some how related,

my friends and I have gotten together and decided to rally round the theme of our belief in the 

BOOK OF MORMON!

If you haven't read it I recommend it.

Here is my piece entitled: Lehi's Dream

It is about an ancient Prophet that had a dream about a tree and  this tree had 

fruit on it. He tasted the fruit and it was the most desirable fruit he had ever

tasted. The Fruit represents the Love of God.

We too can taste it as we come to know our Savior Jesus Christ and use his

Atonement.

Squid project #3

I had a friend contact me asking for a design for some website or thing he is working on. Basically it fixes a product that helps you use adds on a website called Squidoo.

Tear Sheets!!! So the 1st project won't actually get published until May I think, but they sent me some digital tear sheets. :)

Project 2 Monsters

I apologize for getting behind on posting my art work along with my process. For my second project I wanted to get some stuff into an art show and the illustrators in provo with BYU decided to do a monster show. I knew I had to do something for it. I wish I had taken some pictures of these before I had finished them, but I didn't. Basically I took some old head paintings that I wasn't a huge fan of and painted over them to make them into monsters. Here is what I got for you:

Project 1

The goal of this blog is to give a quick run down of my process and show my artwork. It is mostly just to get my artwork out there.
